Account Registration
To create an account on 7z77u you must provide accurate and up-to-date information. Each individual may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will be treated as a punishable offence.

2.1 Providing False Information
If false or misleading information is provided at registration, 7z77u reserves the right to cancel the account at any time and forfeit all winnings earned. If a discrepancy is found in the information after identity verification, withdrawals will be placed on hold.
Age Verification and Identity
7z77u services are available to those aged 21 and above only. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating an account or participating on the gaming platform. By registering on the platform you declare that you are over 21 years of age.
For ages 21+: 7z77u reserves the right to verify identity and age at any time. Withdrawals may be on hold until verification is complete.
3.1 KYC Verification Process
As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process you may be required to submit the following documents:
- A copy of your National Identity Card (NID) or passport
- Your most recent bank statement or proof of mobile banking transactions
- A selfie or photo identification
3.2 What Happens Without Verification
If a user does not submit the required documents within the specified time, their account may be temporarily suspended and withdrawal approval will not be granted.
Deposits and Withdrawals
7z77u supports financial transactions through popular mobile banking and bank transfer methods in Bangladesh. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption and are completely safe.
Deposit Conditions
- Minimum deposit: ৳200 (for each method)
- Supported methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, bank transfer
- You must use mobile banking registered in your own name only
- Deposits through third parties are not accepted
Withdrawal Conditions
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
- Standard processing time: 10–45 minutes
- KYC verification must be completed

4.1 Transaction Verification
7z77u verifies the validity of all transactions. If a suspicious or unusual transaction is detected, it may be temporarily placed on hold for review. In such cases the user may be asked to provide additional information or documents.
4.2 Currency and Conversion
All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits or withdrawals in foreign currencies are not supported.
Bonuses and Promotions
7z77u offers various bonuses and promotional offers to its registered users. All bonuses are provided under specific terms and conditions and compliance with these terms is mandatory.
Welcome Bonus
- 150% bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of ৳20,000
- Wagering requirement: 10 times (bonus amount plus deposit amount)
- Wagering must be completed before bonus funds can be withdrawn
- The welcome bonus applies only once per account
5.1 Bonus Usage Rules
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering must be completed first.
- A bonus may be restricted to certain games; check the applicable terms at the time of claiming the bonus.
- If wagering is not completed within the set time limit after receiving a bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time unless otherwise stated.
5.2 Bonus Abuse
If an attempt is made to abuse a bonus or violate bonus terms, 7z77u reserves the right to suspend the account and cancel all bonus-related earnings.
5.3 VIP Program
7z77u's 5-tier VIP program includes weekly cashback benefits:
- Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
- Diamond: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
Advancement to higher tiers depends on the player's consistent activity and engagement on the platform. 7z77u reserves the right to change the VIP terms at any time.
Gaming Rules
All games on 7z77u are conducted fairly and transparently. The game provider's own rules apply and it is the user's own responsibility to learn the rules of each game before entering it.
6.1 Betting Limits
Each game has a set minimum and maximum bet amount, which is displayed in the game lobby. Additional betting limits may apply when playing with a bonus balance.
6.2 Technical Errors
If a technical error or system malfunction affects the outcome of a game, 7z77u may decide to refund or void the bets for the affected round. In such cases no claims from the user will be accepted.

Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 7z77u. Violating these prohibitions may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of all funds:

- Playing through a third party
Gaming-Related

Account Closure
7z77u reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time without prior notice if the user violates these terms or poses a threat to the security of the platform.
8.1 Voluntary Account Closure
Users may close their account on their own if they wish. To do so, they need to contact us via 24/7 live chat or email. It is possible to withdraw the remaining balance before the account is closed, subject to the terms and conditions.
8.2 Inactive Accounts
If there are no transactions or logins for an extended period, the account may be marked as inactive. Users will be notified in advance about any applicable management fees on inactive accounts.
Limitation of Liability
7z77u always strives to operate a safe and reliable platform. However, the platform's liability will be considered limited or nil in the following situations:
- Losses caused by the user's own carelessness or mistakes
- If a game stops midway due to an internet disconnection
- Technical faults from third-party software or game providers
